SkyCreek’s Management Team has been at the forefront of pioneering new automated customer and employee interaction technologies since the late 1980’s, and together has over 100+ years of combined experience managing complex, high-volume automated contact operations.

  • Jack Havas – Chief Executive Officer

Jack Havas has been involved in the executive management, business development, marketing and sales of software solutions serving the telecommunications sector for over 30 years.  He is responsible for defining SkyCreek’s market vision and driving the direction and execution of the company to further deliver value to customers; 95%+ of whom retain SkyCreek year over year.

Jack began his career at Western Electric, a top supplier of products and services to AT&T and the Bell Operating Telephone Companies.  He later became General Manager of Datacomp, a company specializing in large-scale operational data management and in 1981, Jack joined Telic Corporation, a telecom industry product and services company, as VP and General Manager of the Operation Support Systems (OSS) division. 

In 1988, seeing a market shift in automated communications and messaging technologies from proprietary to open systems, Jack founded Call technologies; growing it to a leading position in the open unified messaging market and overseeing its sale to 3Com Corporation in April 2000.

  • Jack Fleming – Chief Customer Officer

Jack Fleming has been servicing the technology needs of senior communications management for over 30 years.

Jack is responsible for managing all new business development efforts for SkyCreek and for ensuring that SkyCreek dedicated account managers provide highly responsive and valued service to our customers.  Jack works with SkyCreek dedicated account managers daily to verify automated contact program performance, to analyze results and to determine new program strategies and technical approaches to further optimize program cost and performance.

He has held senior management positions in operations, sales and customer support at companies including Datacomp, a leading service provider to the telecommunications industry and at Telic, where he was the Director of Operations in the OSS and Workforce Management divisions.

Prior to SkyCreek, Jack was General Manager of Call Technologies’ OSS Division.

  • Joe Enrico – Chief Operations Officer

Joe Enrico brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial track record in the telecommunications industry to SkyCreek.

Joe is responsible for managing day-to-day operations including management of SkyCreek’s Chicago and Reston fully redundant, SAS 70 hosting data centers and SkyCreek’s dedicated account management, professional service and customer support teams. He began his career as a Central Office Engineer for AT&T then moved to Telic Corporation, a telecom product and consulting company. After a stint with a cellular switching manufacturer, he and partners formed Call Technologies in 1990, CTI Telecom in 1992.

Prior to SkyCreek, Joe was the co-founder (along with Jack Havas) and former President of Call Technologies, an open unified messaging software company, acquired by 3COM in April 2000.

  • Mark Wilburn – Chief Technology Officer

Mark Wilburn brings over 25 years of proven accomplishment in full life cycle software development and technical project management in the telecommunication industry. 

Mark is responsible for charting the technical direction of the company’s products and service offerings and for managing day-to-day technology and support operations.  He has a proven track record of understanding complex business problems and gathering system requirements and delivering technologically advanced designs and systems. At SkyCreek, Mark has built a highly responsive and innovative IT organization that consistently delivers by aligning technology initiatives with customer business goals to deliver substantial improvement to service delivery, process standardization, and business/systems performance.

Mark also brings an extensive telephony-specific domain experience with Service Order systems, Provisioning systems, Verification systems, Billing systems, Error Adjudication and end user Customer Contact systems.

Prior to SkyCreek, Mark held leading R&D positions with Telic Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, Call Technologies, 3Com and UTStarcom.

  • Mike Borek – VP of Marketing & Business Development

Mike Borek brings over 15 years of experience in managing corporate branding, product marketing and business development functions in the enterprise technology sector. 
Mike is responsible for increasing SkyCreek's presence in key targeted markets and to innovate new product opportunities that leverage our significant automated contact optimization experience and expertise. During his career he has been responsible for crafting several sustained market niches in enterprise mobile integration, network operations management and has driven product strategy and business development efforts at MCI, NTT America, Sun Microsystems, Presidium, Cysive, Digital Sandbox, American Management Systems and others.

Prior to SkyCreek, Mike was the President of Router Solutions, Inc. where he led a venture funded effort to introduce new service automation frameworks to the telecommunications service provider market.

Mike holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
